1. Return Policy

• We accept returns only if:

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video proof of the issue (if applicable)

• Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the product.

• After successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

• Products purchased during special offers, promotions, or sales are non-returnable unless damaged.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
